I want to change dates on flight and unfortunately you can not contact them. I was 40 minutes on a line and no answer, you can not speak with an agent. I did online changes and still nothing. Zero customer care

Sencor Handheld Vacuum Cleaner Could Not Suck Anything
I bought a Sencor svc 190b handheld vacuum cleaner. Arrived a few days earlier. When I started using it, it couldn't suck at anything and it just sounded. I tried to report it on the 110.shop website but was told that I had not bought anything there and asked me to buy another one. I entered my bank account and there it can be seen that I have bought a vacuum cleaner from 110.shop for 23.99 $ (including delivery).
