One company, but some diversity
I was "surprised" by the employee's behavior! I am a woman, 47 years old, riding in a car with my three-year-old son. The situation is like this: my car has run out of fuel, (I couldn't detect it at the moment, because the fuel residue was broken and I usually followed how much and how I drove, but now it was) I'm on the bath bridge, I turn on the alarm and go to Statoil under the bridge. In the hands of an empty windshield canister and a deck by the side. Approach the fuel pump and want to refill. No fuel. Going inside the store, there I am approached by a salesman standing at the checkout, who, without even greeting, started shouting aggressively, saying: "I will not let the root!"I'm a little confused. When asked what I had done wrong, the seller answered me that if I did not read the informative notes that are at the beginning and when refueling in this jug is forbidden! I apologize to the seller and excuse me not to think about such terms and not to read these informative notes. The salesman ran to the other end of the store and came across some kind of fuel can, which, sorry, waved at me along the nose, saying: "You have to buy a can if you want to buy a can of fuel" I was ready to buy, but I found it too expensive and I refused the purchase. Since I didn't have the extra money for this seller-imposed can purchase, I would help to see if it could really be filled into this windshield can, that I have a son off the sidelines and will have a hard time going anywhere else in search of fuel. Unfortunately, there was a refusal with the following words from the seller: "then you have to go to another gas station, I can't help you!" I know there was another petrol tank in front of the port, so I went there without knowing at first that it was also Statoil. I immediately got inside without even trying to refuel, explained my situation, the seller was very reluctant and understanding and allowed me to refuel. Of course I was glad I drank coffee, got another nice offer to buy chocolate and went back to my car. In the spirit of Statoil where I first thought - one Statoil, but how different the attitude. I personally don't remember the names, but thank you to my girl from the port of Statoila.
