False inf. And misleading customers
Order was placed 20.03 with delivery 99% to 26.03 by calling within a week the manager replied that the product will be delivered on time, (very worried or gifts for children will be delivered on time) came 26, 27, 28 29 and 30 date, so we did not receive an answer where the product is. Holidays damaged and nerves too! None of the managers you call are competent, and each provides different information. Sorry, this office was disappointing!
