What is happening in this "repair shop" is complete chaos! The fee for the warranty of your phone - iPhone 5 due to problems with charging and a damaged back cover. It took more than a week and the ringing that the phone was a defect in the manufacturer was replaced by a brand new mobile phone. The way to get a phone is served by a man who has a hard time with the English language. I didn't really look at the phone and went home. At home, I notice that the wrong model was issued - iPhone 5s were given instead of iPhone 5. Of course I did not complain, a pleasant surprise. A couple of days passed and I called as far as the administrator understood and reported the error - the wrong phone was issued. I went to explain the error. Nothing could be explained to me on the spot, plus I started blaming me for keeping my contacts on a stranger's phone, etc.In addition, my phone was returned unrepaired and the warranty service contract was broken. Which put an end to my patience - I handed out a signature on the receipt of the phone, in which the comments were written with a black pen, in Italian. Kindly refused to sign such a paper, thank you for the service and left. I do not see any resemblance to this institution with its name - instead of "Smart" I would choose another name. I do not recommend selecting this authority to repair your communications or other device.
