I have returned my items but haven’t heard any redund nor feedback from them. Either phone number is busy or you are directed to an automated answering service where no one picks up my call
I bought a perfume I put my email address wrong I never receive my perfume but they took the money from my account
Jomashop claimed “free shipping” on this item, it arrived, I didn’t like it so I decided to return it. Poor service

For the first time in our lives, we encountered such a situation when it is a normal practice abroad to arrange work in cafes. Shame.
