Bad experience

Its my first order and get a bad experience with you service(Receipt no:399340)i order 12pc chicken and extra items also then received almost pieces is wings 😡😡😡 So this is our first and last order.

Jollibee Satwa Managers need more training specially arjay bad customer service

I made an order with a special note for kids. Chicken part but the manager Arjay refused order is misssing item sometime no receipt. Very bad customer service the manager need more training to handle outlet

Ni cancel na lng bigla ang order ko

bigla na lang ni cancel ang order ko. keso hindi nila makita ang pin point ng location pero nag message ako sa rider na hindi ko alam kasi hindi makita dito.
