No water

For 21 days we had no water!! Consistent complaining to the councilor, to complaints at Johannesburg water, Lognow etc. etc. we eventually had water for some 8 days or so We are back to square one – NO WATER WHICH IS A BASIC HUMAN RIGHT CHAPTER 8 User’s recommendation: Keep on until you are heard!

I am calling to report that we have been without water since 1pm Tuesday

There was no notification sent in advance. How they are expecting us to live without water especially now with the pandemic? We need this sorted immediately. User’s recommendation: Customers must be notified in advance for all water interruptions.
