Poor service / Disrespect and kindness to patients
I've never written a complaint, but I can't keep quiet this time. Yesterday I was with Dr. Tirana (for the second time). I waited 1. 5 hours! and when I came to her I did not hear no sorry.. nothing completely and such an attitude for 45 € for 10 min. short conversation and 1st recipe. But that's not all. Rudeness and bad manners, addressing "you" and "girl" and other offensive comments. For example, I said how a furuncle-type thing appeared in a pan after a new medicine and she knows what she answered. "No it's not related. Maybe you just have to wash it?" I was shocked! And throughout the consultation she showed complete disinterest and kindness, answered my questions briefly and had the feeling that she did not want to do anything at all. But waiting for it! Another woman waited 2 hours! The front desk said it was just today, but for me it's at least the second time. For the first time I expected less but also longer than in a regular polyclinic. Another woman sitting right next door said she was at the doctor's 3rd time and waited a long time each time. Don't come to her.. this attitude for 45 € per visit is just a scam!
