Hello, first of all I would like to say that I have always liked Double Caffe and the impression of it has been only the best until to what happened yesterday. My friends and I decided to visit Double Caffe on Kalku Street. It was Friday around three at night. At first we sat down at the table with chairs, because there was no free space with sofas. Menus were brought to us and there was a space with sofas right next to us. We decided to transfer with friends to be more comfortable. The waitress (Alina, with black, short hair) was once near us, and when we sat down, she said, "Slide the chairs behind you!". Isn't that part of her job?! We haven't even been able to get up yet! Maybe I should take the dishes behind me too? After this, when we ordered this, he immediately went to smoke and then came back to us, stinking of tobacco (there is nothing against smokers, but I think the waitress should at least smell). When we ate, we asked for an invoice. Then what she said was something unbeatable!: D She looked at each of us and asked, "You don't have a discount card tachu?" That look was so contemptuous, because she seemed to decide after us that we couldn't have such cards at all! My friends and I just laughed at this waitress, who brought us not Chinese tea, but "Chinese almost!" according to her. : D I understand that we are all human, bad days happen to guests, but we shouldn't treat our customers like that! And learn to be more polite...
