Shipment cannot be physically removed from shelf (placed on inappropriate shelf)
Hello! Today I experienced an unpleasant situation when when I received a parcel through the FedEx parcel terminal, I could not remove it from the shelf it took time) and I damaged my fingernail to blood so I could pull this package out of the shelf. When I turned to the FedEx Customer Support Center employee with this question, it was said that it was not the FedEx's fault, but pointed to an online store. There, too, I called, and they said that it was the competence of the supplier, the FedEx. I consider such a situation to be unacceptable andthat the FedEx should be responsible for the quality of its service and at least apologize to the customer for the inconvenience - and not re-order in simplified language.
