Problems connecting sport air buds to celphon

After 2 months of rear use the headphone stopped being recognized with my new op 8t cellphone device. Nothing has helped them to be back on factory reset. Aproching JLab company here was not helping as they are ignoring me at all. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy JLab earphone cause the service is terable.
