Poor service and customer spoofing

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Pro headset from the Tet online store, the delivery date was January 27, 2021. Today is 28. 01. 2021. And the message from Tet that the order would be delivered to the courier has not yet been received. Emails are not answered, and operators cannot be contacted. I do not recommend shopping at this online store!
