Not using the official language

I was an acorn at a recruitment agency looking for a job in England. There was no national language consultant on that day. You see, in the country I will go to work, you will need to know the language of that country, but here in Australia it is not necessary. There is a feeling that everyone is good here, the interests of non-Australians are defended, but their own have to go abroad. To live. Not just to survive. The question is where else should I speak the official language, if not in my homeland. What are the relevant services of the state language in Australia looking at?
