Nightmare

We were looking for a new TV for my birthday, we went to the 110.shop online store, we found a TV for a great price, it shows aside - get it tomorrow! We think "great, we send". I ordered on March 19, after payment, an e-mail arrives that I will receive the product in the 9th Apili, not tomorrow! It was already a shock, because omei's Jubilee was on March 27! Well, wait for what anymore. Arrives March 30 and I receive an email that the TV has been handed over to the courier service. Well, it is April 9 when the product must be circle k, I do not receive sms, on April 10 I send an e-mail to 110.shop, by April 14 I had not received any reply message, call 110.shop, I am told that the TV is long ago has already been taken to the circle k, I say that no sms has come, in the end we come to the conclusion that there is a wrong tel. No., indicated at the recipient, I saythat it is an unknown number at all, I answer that well, I will change the number and pass the info circle k, I went to circle k, there the TV is already standing so long that it has to be sent back, the employee calls at the end of the conversation, that time need it home. I call 110.shop there no one can do anything, I have to call American post office, I call American post office, there no one can give me info because I need a tracking number, I call 200.info to get a tracking number, call back to the American post office, in the end after taking a total of 5 hours, I am told - we changed the number, you are waiting for an SMS with a code. Every time I call, of course, another person picks up and all that long penter who stays taller I have to tell again, of course, everything is already getting up and getting on my nerves. Today is April 15, I don't have a tv or sms with a code, no reply to email. Call United Kingdom Post again, I will answer - we will pass the info to the person you spoke to to contact you. Nobody has contacted me for 3 hours and I still haven't received anything. Damn it, do I have to solve this problem? Do I have to call everyone 10 times in a row and ask to be sent a code so that I can receive the product for which I have paid? Complete nonsense! Now it will take 3 days again and again I will not be able to receive anything, because I have to send it back. Get in and resolve this situation!
