Poor, non-existent service
7. When I came home from work in June, I found that there was no hot water. There were no notices of hot water disconnection near the house. Entering the Melbourne Heat website, I learned that there will be no warm water on June 8 for almost the entire good shore of Brisbane. There was no hot water on June 9, and there was no hot water on June 10. On June 10, I tried to call the heat service Melbourne (2h!) And so I failed! It is June 11 and we have been without hot water for 4 and a half days. The house manager of Melbourne and the heat of Melbourne have been called, who cannot comment on when the hot water will be connected. I still couldn't call the heat service. It gives the impression that this is a service of very dubious quality, which is unable to perform its duties. I can't even comment on the communication,because there is simply no such thing on the part of the hundredth service Brisbane.
