Customer Service and the food.

I became a lifetime member back in 1993 and decided to return. The customer service was horrible. The food is over-priced and not as good as before (mostly potatoes, pasta and cheese sauce. I offered to return the food for refund, but was denied. User’s recommendation: Weight Watchers/not worth the money.
