Have owned several jeep and family as well. Would avoid buying anything after 2010 manufacturing quality went down hill fast customer service not helpfull. User’s recommendation: Avoid newer jeeps cheap manufacturing and useless customer service.

Maintenance on vehicle is kept up regularly and a part on the jeep went out that shouldn’t have went out with no warning or explanation. Headquarters will not admit to faulty party and assist with expensive cost of repair. User’s recommendation: Do not purchase Grand Cherokee Vehicles. Too many issues.
