2021 Grand Cherokee Summit quality issue

The dye on the passenger seat is rubbing off (brand new car). (Dark Sienna brown seats). So far I had it re-dyed by a PermaCare contractor, but it still happens now in different areas. No response from jeep

I emailed jeep customer service, I never heard back. So I messaged their Facebook page, they replied “I’m sorry can you go into further detail what’s wrong?” So I told them and no response. User’s recommendation: Don’t do it.
