Complaint for updated load tender

Sat on load for 5 days was told I would get a revised tender. Still waiting. Agent does not return calls or emails. User’s recommendation: Do not deal with Maria Zuniga.

No answer after hours……..no answer to emails….bullshit….I will never pull another jb hunt load again… User’s recommendation: don’t pull their loads….they will make you pay lumber and not reimburse.

Totally Frustrated

We ordered a Whirlpool microwave from BJ’s. JB Hunt was supposed to deliver, install and haul away the existing microwave. Delivery was made on time, as scheduled. However, the ‘installers’ did not know how to remove the old microwave from the wall. They ended up…

My dryer was delivered damaged.

Wires were hanging out of the dryer upon delivery. Had to return. Called up to Lowes. They could not assist with getting another delivery rescheduled because the dryer had not been returned to the store.
