Greetings, everyone! I would like to hear your situation if you are studying or have studied at LBK. So I joined the budget in the day department, so I had to pay 197 lats. Before I started studying, I left to school and went to the talm (2 months), I wrote an application. I was told that within a week would come an email with everything describing the online training and what would be my new login and password. Nothing was sent. I moved to live in Germany. Calling the school for 3 days in a row no one is picking up the phone, I did not pay the 197 dollars because I did not know what to write in the basic information and whether to the same account number. I wrote an e-mail to send the account number, I was sent that I was studying in the day department and that I had to pay 197 dollars for that. Ok i thinkthat for a while the contract has not entered into force. Waiting, every day I checked the e-mail, there was nothing sent due to distance learning, only the fact that the day department students change the list of lectures, and everything only for the day department. Now, after a month, I receive a letter that I have to pay a penalty (As of 05. 10. 2020, your total debt for obtaining higher education and / or other services (including a fine) is 564. 9 AUD. ). And I don't understand what such an amount is? Or, it's normal? Before I switched to distance learning, I was told that I would retain a budget place for distance learning as well. But for what SUCH amount? Again today I call all day to that school, no one raises. I don't know what to dobecause I don't think I'm to blame now and that I have to pay that money.
