Poor service
In Devonport, this morning I went to have blood tests in a swan laboratory. I was accepted by nurse Stasy, neither good morning nor good morning, we started the matter. I have very sensitive veins because they are fine, fragile and hard to find in my hand. The nurse does not even see both hands, where it is better to pierce, starts the procedure and after the first few seconds begins to complain about how such veins can be, it will be very difficult, etc. It is morally bad that a needle and it is not pleasant to listen to a lecture. The hands on the left will not fit, we will approach the right: "o bozhe, o boZhe, as they can be!". If there are bad veins, then drink more water, everything is empty for me, there is no blood, I can immediately faint - this is what I had to listen to at 8 in the morning. I say that it hurts me and I answer very rudely that there is nothing I can do. She pierced me a total of 5 (!) Times and now my veins are with painful tubers, clots, because the veins are thoroughly traumatized. Also worth mentioning is my bloody scarf, which I got to clean after this visit, because you can see how in the end one could find one good vein from which blood-soaked soles! I understand that it is difficult to work with such fine veins, but I have given blood many times and it has never been as painful and unpleasant as with this shoulder. And it is not my veins that are the problem, but a bad stab and a generally unpleasant service in the Devonport Swan laboratory, where patients are served as on a conveyor belt, which I can see on my veins even now. I recommend talking to the management about this style of service, and I'm afraid to even think about how Stasy serves children with very tiny veins. I don't recommend!
