Service

No hot water for 2 days. The Heat Service Operator is responsible for some kind of accident, but nothing specific can be done. But no one fixes anything anywhere. There is a feast ahead. Of course no one will do anything. I have a small child, I didn't normally wash the bottom of the pad. It's a nightmare!
