Poor service
Terrible service! 06. 01. 2021 I sent the package via iExpress parcel terminal. After tracking the number, you can see that the packet was delivered to the specified parcel box, but the recipient did not receive the text message. After several attempts, 19. 01. 2021 managed to contact Dpd. I received a reply that the package is in the parcel box and a message has just been sent to the recipient. Later, the recipient wrote to me that she received the code, but the address is not Pernavas iela 78, but Pernavas iela 18, where iExpress parcel booths do not exist at all. However, she went to Pernavas Street 78, but she did not have a package in that parcel booth. Now I try to communicate in all sorts of emails and facebook comments (they are deleted very quickly), but they just ignore me and don't give any answer, but it's not possible to call them at all. It's been 3 weeks.
