Non-refund and deception
Items ordered (sheets) 06.02.20, delivery time, was postponed a total of 4 times, each time 2 weeks in advance. When contacted, I was told that one of the goods (ceiling lamp) had not been delivered and at the moment it was not possible to say exactly when it would be. As I did not urgently say that I would wait, I waited two months, when 02.05.20 (see Photo) I received a message from 110.shop that the ceiling sheet is not available and has been removed from the order and that the money will be returned, I received the money for the withdrawn money after a couple of days. 03.04.20 in the morning a little after 07:00 I called and said not to send the others, because I needed all and if there is no one, then I do not need the others, to which I answered in the affirmative. But the next day I get a message that my product has been delivered, then I call again, I say again, that the product is not needed and to return my money, to which again the answer is in the affirmative. Then I wait, oad the money will be returned. Call again 14.04. I say the same thing again, to which I am told that they are informed and that the money will be returned, but I do not yet know when. In my opinion, this should not be so complicated, especially if it is their fault. It still seems funny how a product that was not available to me can still be on sale (see the picture, taken on 19.04.20)? I can mention that I bought the lamp at a discount and the price for it was around 11 USD. Maybe that's why you didn't want to send the product, because the price was mixed.
