Quality of consultation
I was interested in the printing equipment sold by ABI2 for large format fabric printing. The secretary, who was very UNLESSED, connected with the employee in charge of printing equipment sales. The said employee asked what was interested. When starting to present their needs, the employee of the company announces in a whisper when such equipment is not sold in Australia. When asked whether he still does not know the manufacturers contacts from whom to purchase such equipment, he importantly states that he is not ready to share his contacts. Pointing out that I am not interested in his contacts, but only a specific printing device, the attitude was absolutely disinterested and negative. In principle, the conversation ended with that, without inviting a face-to-face consultation and making the potential client feel like a fool. Simply terrible (non-existent) service culture! On the other hand, I'm glad that the possible cooperation ended without even starting!
