Ive been waiting on a party to fix my couch since February.. I havent heard anything from anyone , Ive also reached out to this company several times with no recourse.. No one answered the phone, No one gives you any information I am so not happy not satisfied with the service
We bought a Jackson couch Jan 2 and it still has not arrived. 2/3 of my sectional are sitting in a warehouse waiting for the RAF chase to appear. Now we are being told maybe June or July when we originally were told Feb. this is absolutely ridiculous!! User’s recommendation: Find another manufacturer.

The customer service is not so good. I cant seem to get anyone to call me back about parts that Id like to order. Im not even getting an email from them either. User’s recommendation: I recommend this company’s furniture but the customer service is not great.
