The charging port doesn’t seem to charge – no LED lights are blinking when inserted into the power socket. Earbuds are not charging in the port as well. Update by user Jul 29, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Jabra actually sent me a brand new replacement and ask that I just dispose of the one that didn’t work properly and sent me coupons for any future purchase and when my headset arrived I received 2 rather than one... Factory defect

Wireless charger

Waited on the line to talk to support, but No one at Jabra answered the phone. Would appreciate a call back.
