The charging port doesn’t seem to charge – no LED lights are blinking when inserted into the power socket. Earbuds are not charging in the port as well. Have reached out to customer care and have also tried all necessary steps to fix, but nothing seems to work. Request for an urgent replacement as it is hampering...

Update by user Jul 29, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Jabra actually sent me a brand new replacement and ask that I just dispose of the one that didn’t work properly and sent me coupons for any future purchase and when my headset arrived I received 2 rather than one...
