Unsuccessful purchase with the application Oporto
When ordering with the application Oporto 29/02/2020, money was withdrawn, but the order was not accepted for catering instead - Greelong, Orange. The application encountered an error message and did not display my order. After a while I received an SMS informing me that my order is ready - Oporto AinaZhi. I clearly know that when ordering I wrote adaZhi, because I regularly place orders there. Of course, the cashier couldn't help at all, she didn't even know how to give the phone number. I believe that the error was caused by the application because the order is still not appearing in my account. And the first choice address in the application is - AinaZhi, so I think it is an application error that prepared the order in the first,by list, in the location found. I was left without lunch and the account was 11. 60 dollars.
