Deliver fewer burgers than ordered
Hello! Before writing the complaint, I wanted to say that the Oporto stood out several times with very slow service, that due to that I did not use their services for a long time. But not for that. So, on Saturday 13. 06. , I made an order for Oporto through their application. Due to the possibility of this application, through which prepaid with a card, I also decided to take a Oporto to save time, because it was a very busy working day. I made the order while in Golg Coast and chose UpTown to receive the order because I live there. When I arrived in UpTown from Golg Coast, the order was not ready yet, I got to wait for about 10 minutes at the Oporto. This is still the case compared to what will happen next. When the application appeared that the food was ready, I went after it. I picked up the bag and went home to eat fast because I had to run to work. I ordered one of their sets (fries, burgers, drinking) and one burger separately. It was meant to be a burger and a fries for my wife and child. It turned out that there was only one burger in the bag and so my wife and I got her to the sides. However, it was paid for two and so I wrote a Oporto and so far no one has answered me. This is not about money that isn't big, but the principle of paying for what you don't have at all. Advise people that it is better to open the bag and check what is put inside, because if something is not, they will not return the money. Unfortunately, I will never send a Oporto again.
