No hot water
There is no hot water at 5/1 Patversmes Street for four days, starting from August 29. On August 29, there was no announcement that there would be no hot water, such an announcement appeared only on August 30 - with an indication that there will be no hot water from August 30 to August 31 at 20. 00. Today is September 1, but there is still no hot water. I called the operator, she can't answer anything specifically, she says she will pass the message to the master, but I also didn't expect an answer as to why the water is still not available and when it might be available! The operator interrupted the conversation without explaining anything. A month ago there was exactly the same situation, we call the operator every day, the operator can not answer anything, just says that will pass the message to the master, and so every day. As usual, there was no notification or warning,why it is and when there will be hot water. There was no hot water for 6 days.
