Unfair Practices Bargained by the Administration.
Warning of Unfair Practices Oakland bus station ticket offices: you are careful if you pay with a card when you buy a ticket! I bought a bus ticket at the box office with a bank card. A few days later, I noticed that more money was deducted from my account than shown on the ticket. To the submitted report (which was accompanied by copies of both the ticket and the account statement) the Oakland bus station administration received a reply that I have already received (!) The difference in cash. (it's fixed!). For me, the overpayment is not as important as the attitude towards customers and the desire to inform other people about such an unpleasant surprise.
