I received a message today that my parcels have arrived, but when I go to the post I have to prove now that they have me intended because there is no surname... And for submitting an application to prove I still have to pay, I am a mother of three children, if I now have to pay such an amount for every shipment that comes, it is madness for my wallet! The children are crying that there are no parcels and the mother is also that there is not enough money in the wallet to prove every parcel in the mail now!
