Robbed for expedited fees and never received

Hi I purchased a pair of shoes plus a extra 20 dollars for expedited shipping to Northern America. This was purchased on July 5 for a birthday gift but never received. No product received and no refund.

Ordered a jumpsuit end of February and never received and no one responds to emails. Clothes look lovely on line but do they actually exists? Rip off! User’s recommendation: Run do not purchase anything save yourself the headache.
