House is being used as a bed and breakfast against association rules. Garbage is accumulating outside and the yard is not being kept up. These are not the first bad tenants to occupy this house. Invitation Homes is only interested in collecting the rent, not the neighborhood. User’s recommendation: Do not rent from Invitation Homes.
