I order the hd cam from the ad on tv once the order was recieved, The camara did not work it went white or blank tried to contact the company but only got the answering sercives never a person

Need to know how to get in contact with the company to let them know the product was defected and want to return for a full refund. thank you.

Two nonfunctional

Purchased two of their car rear view mirror recorders in December. Had back injury so could not install until mid May. Both units functioned properly for about 5 minutes. One shut down and win’t restart. Second shows only white screen but does record to sad card. Company refuses to repair or take back both units.
