Violation of postal regulations
I would like to file a complaint about the actions of the head of the post office Anna, in connection with the delivery of a registered letter to a person to whom it was not addressed. The addressee of the registered letter - Maris Zars - is abroad, but the letter was handed over to another person - Svetlana Romanuka. As you know, this is by no means the only violation of this kind on the part of the postman Anna. While I was abroad, I was not able to receive a registered letter because I did not have a power of attorney, but a month later, this year. March, a letter was issued to another person. When asked about this action in my phone call, the postman Anna categorically denied everything, because no registered or ordinary letters had arrived to Maris Zars within two or three months. Everything is on a rumor level. Only the postman was not aware that this information came to me directly from the person to whom the letter was addressed. psThere are specific names, because this is exactly the situation I am 100% aware of.
