WARRANTY REPAIR

Passed ipad warranty repair. Warranty repairs take place in Mexico, as it must be taken into account that everything will happen very slowly! the answer was that they didn't find any problems even though the ipad is not working! :D was offered a paid repair for 420 CAD! because there are visual defects! in fact the ipad is standing in the covers and there is no scratching! just scams! any normal person would understand that for such money you can buy a new ipad! :D sorry that the guys pretend to be smart, but don't know that APPLE NEVER repairs its products! In addition, I received an answer in a very bad English language!
