Problème

Bonjour , je viens d’acheter inPixio photo mais certaines applications comme la netteté ne fonctionne pas et coupe même le logiciel il en est de même pour la fonction retouche sélective qui ne fonctionne pas . je suis sous windows 10 ,16 Go de RAM . Merci

Cant get on it

Says use password, then says its wrong. Wont give me a new password. Phoned helpline. Reply with strong asian accent, says he will sort it out if i let him access my computer. Any ne else had this and let them on to your computer.
