Can’t receiver calls

I pd 24.99 to inmate.com, then was told I had to add money to prison phone provider, I did, still cant receive a call, its just wrong, Im 68 yrs old, on a limited income and this just dont make sense. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your money!
