Refurbished cartridges do not work. period. Awful customer service.

I bought refurbished Epson cartridges. They worked for about 5 pages total. Then the printer gave me “out of ink” error and I could not get around it. I could tell there was still ink left in the cartridge by shaking it, but it wouldn’t work. Much time wasted with customer service (unhelpful) and “tech support” (non-existent).... Read more➤

Inkjet Superstore product dies after 1 year

Bought two Canon Laser Printer Toner cartridges. On failed after 1 year of light use. They claim their sales info on their web site states this which is not true. They also stated that the second cartridge will not work even if unopened after 1 year. They refused to make any return or adjustment. Canon tech support... Read more➤
