I needed to reset my application so I could reapply for a position. I was transferred to HR but she was on vacation so I took ended up using a different email to reapply. User’s recommendation: It would have been nice to have been redirected when the HR voicemail came on.

Ingles has responded and stated they turned over my concern to their frozen foods department. I am looking forward to a better quality product from Ingles. I love their stores. Appreciate the help and the prompt response and follow up.
After dealing with Josh, the rude co manager at the Ingles in Waynesville, I called the corporate office, and they happily looked up my account, verified my purchase and approved the refund the next day. Poor service
Having lunch at Cata Bistro revealed an unpleasant surprise, the food was hairy. Are the girls who really work on serving food really not wearing hats. Is the leadership really so indifferent to that? This institution has a bad reputation.
