My issues with Independence Blue Cross have been resolved after several phone calls and even more e mails ! Its still amazing that it takes so long to correct a problem in this day and age ! It was a very stressful experience !
I was recently billed $1,032.10 for my monthly policy … it is suppose to be $ 222.30 monthly … called several times about the error … spent several times on hold for over 40 minutes … talked to at least 7 different agents trying to resolve the issue … sent several emails and received a follow up...
