Very bad company. No flowers delivered and no communication from them. Their all *** I’ve been trying to contact them and no ones bother to reply back to all my emails and the telephone contact they have. It doesn’t even working. User’s recommendation: Never use this site!

Dishonest sham

Basically spivs. Avoid. Delivered an abysmal small dying bouquet. After 4 submitted complaints/Tickets were submitted & ignored on their sham Support Centre website, I got their geographical phone number, waited on hold for 25 minutes, eventually spoke to them and when they wanted the evidence of my complaint (which I'd sent previously to their so called 'support... I ordered what looked like a lovely bunch of yellow flowers for my disabled mother for Mothers Day. The flowers never arrived. My dear Mum was afraid to leave her sitting room for two days because she moves so slowly and did not want to miss the delivery. I tried to telephone iflorist but was kept waiting... Read more➤

Fraud. Poor service

I sent a regular letter to the U. S. today. According to the Australian postal tariff calculator, the tariff is 1. 42 dollars, which is also quite high compared to foreign countries. To my surprise I was asked in the mail for another AU$‎ 1. 39 Due to covid-19. Together it meets AU$‎ 2. 81. That is what the board decided. Isn't that too high for an ordinary Australian? Isn't Australia Post going to re-establish itself at the expense of the pandemic? I believe that there is a very bad management or greed in the organization. Charles.
