Delay in response of washing mc servicing / repair ( pcu not funtional)

PCU ( electroic card) malfunctioning of top load wm. Model : 6.5 kg ACQA model. Despite repeated reminders to local service engineer Mr Khushiram of Rudrapur ( Uttarakhand) PIN CODE : 263153. Since last 2 months servise engineer unable to arrange the PCU User’s recommendation: poor service response from IFB.
