Poor service, deception, cynical attitude
We ordered two large pizzas on January 19, 2021. Around 19:00. We placed the order on lulu.org, where we paid for the order. The pizzeria showed the time of receipt at 21:15. It satisfied us. After an hour, call the pizzeria and say that we will not be able to serve us so soon and we will be able to receive the pizzas at 21:45. I agree, I am after 21:45. not yet planned. Of course, I canceled the order because there was no time to wait. I am very disappointed with such poor service. From the service staff cynical attitude, no hospitality. When calling the operator to cancel the order, there is also an unkind operator waiting for me. Last time I ordered a kko from this office. Tip: Don't trust any operator names as they are obviously lies, no responsibility.
