Today is 03. 01. 2020. No hot water since 28. 12. 2020 Mirdzas kempes 11. It is so pleasant to spend a holiday without hot water, especially if 2 children are at home. And by calling their service, they say 'sooner than 02. 01. 2019 repairs will not be, but today is 03. 01. 2019 and hot water is still not. If someone rents or buys an apartment, find out if they do not provide services, If they deliver, then do not even buy for free. And of course underneath the SS lies Alpex! Their masters can't fix the pipes so they don't flow! If you see that the house is maintained by Alex sia, do not buy or rent an apartment in it! PS And at the moment their website is not even working! Certainly not paying bills.
