I didn’t realize the treatment. I apply for financial and I said them cancel the treatment and they not send back the money to Fortiva.

Bad Faith Agreement

No one will help imposible to actually get a hold of a customer service person

You will be loosing a long time customer. Due to COVID I skipped a couple of months and when I came back I was assure that all my treatments were going to be honored. I payed for them. Now they are not honoring them all. User’s recommendation: Don’t use this business they don’t take care of customer.
