Very unprofessional employees

The employees of UR Bendigo branch are very unprofessional - the information provided by phone is completely different than in person. When discussing the situation and the documents to be submitted in detail over the phone, important things are forgotten, for example, that signatures on certain documents need to be certified by a notary. As a result, costs are significantly higher, as mentioned over the phone, and time is wasted.
