Disproportionately long delivery

A book published by Dienas Gamatas is ordered through ekiosks.org (also called Dienas Magazines). Order and payment so made 14. 12. late in the evening. From the delivery information it can be understood that it is delivered to the post office. 22. 12 product has not been received yet. It does not happen in separate countries or continents, but all in one city - Brisbane. When calling with ekiosks.org employees, it turns out that the product has been delivered for dispatch only on December 18 - four days after payment (!). And in Melbourne, however, delivery is not made to the post office, but the courier (a / c Diena - another company with a similar name that does not bear joint responsibility) brings it to the address - office. The office works part-time during the pre-holiday period and has apparently been unable to deliver the consignment,The courier has not made a call to the contact number provided, and the expected book is likely to be received sometime after the holiday.
