Poor service and complete disrespect for customers
We ordered a product with iExpress delivery method. It's a worse experience. I don't know where they take staff, but drivers don't know the city, can't read GPS, they don't call to inform about delivery or that they can't find an address. The splits also work very poorly, for two days they don't know how to park the package. They do not correct their mistakes, consider the customer stupid. He doesn't care that you expect you to pay for delivery. They are already receiving money from you, only that matters. If you send something, use any other courier, I would even choose a turtle that courier iExpress time.
